B&B Industries was started by Bill Bottoms in 1979 with the express goal of building the best towing and recovery trucks available. After his passing in 2019, The Burda family felt the calling to carry on Bill’s legacy by purchasing B&B Industries and moving its headquarters and manufacturing plant to Big Lake, MN.
As long-time customers of B&B, Lance & Layla Burda were very familiar with the quality of the products and considered Bill their friend. “Bill was a trailblazer in our industry, and we look forward to continuing his pursuit of excellence in delivering quality towing equipment and supplies.”
Lance & Layla Burda are committed to producing the best recovery vehicles and equipment in the industry. In a new 25,000 SQFT fabrication and manufacturing facility, B&B Industries, and Bill Bottom’s legacy will live on.

"Without my 12/65 I would've been putting out a call for help, and it was no cake walk so for CAPABLE help, options would've been limited. The owners had attempted to get the truck on their own with a few rigs, and the nearest tree was 80ft up a steep cliff. I utilized every option we put on this truck. The hydraulic stiff legs made this possible. The 12k twin line winches, both were utilized as well as the massive 12 ton boom. To top it off, we frame forked it down the hill 18 miles thru deep snow."
